As with our standard hosting, both single-site (shared) and multi-domain (reseller) accounts are available.
Our Business+ Reseller plans are the ultimate choice if you have a collection of websites to transfer to us. We will transfer your sites to us on your behalf, requiring absolutely no downtime. We'll configure your account and be on-hand for any questions about the tools we provide.
DVD backup
All Business+ accounts include a full copy of your account posted to you on CD/DVD every month.
Increased monitoring
If your website experiences issues you need to know. Independent monitoring from within and outside our primary network. Should your website experience any issues our staff will follow your procedures and provide you with a full report.
Emergency technician contact
No waiting in call queues, no jumping through hoops or personnel - call your technician directly. Upto two hours' support time per month.
100% Service Level Agreement
Should your website be unavailable we'll compensate you at a rate of 5% for every hour of downtime, rounded up to the nearest hour, to a maximum 200% of the month's cost.
Bespoke, monitored backups
How should we look after your website? Business+ gives you the freedom to create a backup schedule which suits your needs. In this example, backups will take place every 6 hours to the local server and every 24 hours to a separate server for added reliability. Backups are also available for download.
SSH and SCP access
All Business+ packages include SSH access for quick, secure access to your account. SCP is also supported for secure file transfer between locations.
Dedicated IP address and SSL certificate
If you can provide your own SSL certificate we will provide you with a dedicated IP address and install your certificate free of charge. Please see our SSL certificate range if you do not yet own a certificate.
