I need support - how can I receive it?

Support is available for all our customers through online cPanel Flash tutorials, a support ticket system, e-mail and 9am - 8pm freephone telephone support (Business+ users may have extended hours, depending on contract.)

There are no extra charges or hidden costs - just a simple e-mail or phone call with a friendly person ready to assist. See the page footer for details on our average support ticket response time, taken directly from our database - far under half an hour!
